Amber Auctions charges 20 % of a commission fee for individuals and 10 % for any amber shops when signing an auction contract.
Buyer's Premium (Hammer Price)
The buyer’s premium is a percentage additional charge on the hammer price (winning bid at auction) of the lot that must be paid by the winner.
Amber Auctions charges 10%.
What is the auction contract?
An auction Contract is when a shop, to which our team arrives, signs a specific (INTERMEDIATION) agreement with Amber Auctions. Amber Auctions’ team members come to a shop and take photos of the production which will be uploaded and posted at the auction. By the end of the auction, the shop is prohibited from selling the products, which are held in participation at the auction. The products that will be sold during the auction and must be delivered to the auction office. Once the buyer makes a payment, Amber Auctions pays to the contractor.
If an item has not been sold at the auction, do you charge anything?
No. We do not charge anything. We only charge 20% commission fee when the item has been sold at the auction.
How long will it take to replay to get estimated review?
Once we have your pictures it will take 24 hours to review your goods and to give you evaluation.
Are there any hidden fees?
For every item that has been sold, Amber Auctions charges 20 % of commission fee. There will be an intermediation agreement signed between the seller and us. Everything you need to know about the fees it will be there.
How does an item get priced?
We have an expert that will give you the best price. We attempt to provide the most accurate representation of the value; the estimates we provide are provisional and could be changed.
How can I be sure that my item will not sell at a too low price?
Our experts will try to work with you close to getting the best price. We will make sure that your item will not sell below the concluded price and it will be kept confidential from other bidders as a reserved price.
Who will manage the shipping to the buyer?
We will handle all the shipping work to a winning bidder, who will be responsible for all the fees.
When I get paid?
When the auction ends, we will notify you via email about the status of your goods. When the payment will be received from the buyer we will pay you within 14 days of payment being received from the buyer
